Wall Street seems to have a "Show me" attitude toward the small cap members of the sector. Assuming the industry recovery gets far enough to result in significantly increased bookings and positive earnings surprises, I would expect to see SVGI get above book value and then some. Until then, if the last upcycle is any indication, I think we can expect slow progress and a lumpy chart.
