Lots of interesting CMGi/Lycos/USA Nets stories around today.

The Boston Globe is pointing to the deal's provision allowing Diller in at $127.5 for 17.5%, regardless the suitor, as a fly in the works. In another article, the Globe also points to some of the home-shopping success stories. And in yet another story, Chris Byron typically demurs, nattering about a return to pricing sanity and that sort of thing. Whatta guy.
