I believe that PAIR's international sales are around 15%, with plans to grow them to 25-30%. With the new CEO's extensive international experience gained from NN, and continuing world-wide deregulation, and PC penetration, this may be a competitive advantage for PAIR. Europe is not highly cabled as in NA leaving xDSL as the alternative. ORCTF should be highly involved internationally, given that they are Israeli, I'm not sure about ECI. Need to look it up. Thanks.
