RE: Upgrades Isn't that so true - just recently several firms maintained strong buy / buy reiterations with 45-50 price target. Ned Riley - BancBoston investment strategist called CATP one if his best picks for '99. So far his call stinks. I wonder what his hidden agenda is. I went long at 22 in early January - only to watch position go to 30 and back. Out at break even. Too many IPO internets to trade - where you can make a 10-20% return in 1 day - not 1 year.
