I don't think that's right.

The developer version of Mac OS X S ($99) allows five clients. That statement got copied over to the Apple Store, but it doesn't apply.

I don't think there's any way that Apple is charging $499 for a 5-pack instead of a single license.

Seems like we're getting stuck below $35 in anticipation of options expiry. I would expect the upward momentum to continue early next week.
