PHX status update Just got off the phone with the attorney dealing with the underlying litigation of WCOM v. ACI/Van Essen. The gist is that the process is on track and, barring highly unlikely changes at the appellate level, it's very likely that PHX shareholders will see most if not all of the cash contingency. The timeframe for the appeals process is "six to twelve months" and the lawyer did not expect the three-year sunset clause in the QWST/PHX merger agreement to come into play.
