Well at least I have to congratulate you on your 25% or so gain on the short side in this deal.

In three weeks I made about 400% before leaving the scene of your insolence. Sorry I win, you lose!

I don't really question your rationale that the stock is overvalued here. But isn't that based on 100,000 subscribers for the product?

Why are people paying (at least at my last look) close to 10,000 dollars per sub for AOL? If EFAX gets 1,000,000 subs in the not so distant future, what is the Comp then. Remember AOL has only gone up a little bit, but under your rational you would have been short the whole time too wouldn't you.

None of us truly understand the rationale for the valuation's these things get, but have you considered what the consequences of being short is when they disclose the next subscriber number. If you are right and it is not a big gain (anything under a double in a month) and you can win, at least somewhat. I truly hope you are covered before they announce the next number. If not I hope you have a lot of SMA!

However if the posted number is multiples of what it was at the end of last month, (BIG MULTIPLES), you better cover your short first.

I will buy this stock again, but only after I sense you morons have had some relief for the very obvious pain you have already suffered. Go talk to your compliance officer about your violations of NASD rules on your postings by the way. He will love them, if he doesnt fire you first.

If he doesn't care there are plenty of regulators that will.
Better start working on a real job, like at taco bell.
