Thanks Ev, How's this for imminent? :-) My bold print. "To facilitate investor relations, compliance with NASD reporting requirements, and to position the company for access to capital markets, the company is in the process of auditing its financial statements though the period ending Dec. 31, 1998. The audit should be complete in the next two weeks and the company intends to complete the filing of all the necessary SEC forms to make it a fully reporting public company. Claudia

Ev, thanks for posting the news. It's understandable for us to fret over whether the stock price is $4.50 or $4.00 or $5.00, but it's releases like this that make me think of the enormous possibilities two to four years down the road - amazing. I can't imagine owning a more exciting small company with big potential than HGRM. Question: How many microcaps do we come across that TRULY have a LEGITIMATE shot at growing up to be a MAJOR player in a big growth industry?
