EL--- We know EP is familiar with this type of distribution as you mentioned yesterday. Found this on DELPHI news...

In February, Delphi went public and sold about 18 percent of its shares. GM plans to
distribute the remainder of its stake in Delphi to shareholders later this year.

Shares of Delphi closed off 1/16 at 18-1/16 on the New York Stock Exchange.
