OFF TOPIC TO A>J>
Better reread the sections on NSRs Net Smelter Returns and GORs Gross Overriding Royalties Joe, because you should have a few clauses in there where both parties SHARE the costs of audits, independent assays and apraisals etc otherwise you are taking the companies word for what they produced. Also in some cases refinery charges etc get subtracted.
Alot of companies really try to put one over on the vendor/prospector in these sections Joe so be carefull to read it well and protect yourself.
If you sign an agreement that doesn't properly define these terms up front and all the costs of determining the accuracy of what the company is telling you, then you are short changing yourself and if a mine ever does get found on your ground you will probably get shafted.
