I just got off the phone with JDX. They have been getting tons of calls from brokers in the past couple of weeks asking why the stock is running. He said people have been telling him that the rumor on the street is that they are close to signing a deal. So I asked the obvious question "Are the rumors true and are you close to signing a deal". He was very closed lips saying he didn't want a shareholder lawsuit. In his words "a deal could be signed in two days or next month". I got a private message from an individual last week saying he has inside knowledge that the deal will be closed in the start of April but I can't confirm his source.

The director of JDX wasn't sure if the Midas Fund had sold off their position in the stock yet but was sure that they wouldn't be keeping the position since it is a gold fund. He also mentioned that the initial deal would more than likely be a cash offer for a company.

When I asked him if I should take some profit at .75 since I got in a lot cheaper he said "I wouldn't advise selling a stock that is selling at cash value...not wasting (burning) funds (conserving capital)...and is very actively search for a new business". Of course he wouldn't tell me to sell but I was looking for the ton in his voice when I asked the question. Maybe it was just me but he sounded upbeat.

He said he didn't expect the stock to trade less than a nickel below cash value until the deal is released. I hope he is right since cash value is around .73-.76 which means we would have a new floor around .70.

Best Regards
KEITH
