PaPa,

the only reason Aplx is selling at $5.00 is because of it's value compared
to the rest of the tech stocks in this sector which in my opinion are over
valued to begin with. Everyone is so excited about the hype Aplx is
getting over Linux... In my opinion, Linux adds very little to the bottom
line for Applix and is detrimental to Applix's future success.

Looking at all the public disclosures made by the company, they are and
will continue to be a company focused in application software, not
commodity software. Once Q1 sales and PI hit the streets, the stock will
go right back into the gutter where it came from.

Enterprise and TM1 represent the vast majority of the revenue and
consumeS 90% of the expenses. With the increase in head count and
current spending spree, do not be surprised when you see the cash
flows. The main reason why the company showed a profit last year was
because of the cost savings Pat put into place. They are not there in
'99.....

MISSION STATEMENT, DEVELOP A STRATEGY BASED ON ITS
CORE COMPENTENCIES, AND PASS MARKETING 101, I WILL
CONTINUE TO PROVIDE OLAP AND BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE
MARKET ANALYSIS AND WHERE TM1 FITS.
