VALLEY FORGE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 17, 1999--CTI Group
(Holdings) Inc. (OTC: CTIG) announces today that after extensive
trials and stress testing, the telemanagement division of its USA
subsidiary, CTI Data Solutions Inc., is soon to release its new 32-bit
version of UNITY Call Accounting for Windows.
The official launch date is set for March 31, 1999 with the new
product being renamed UNITY2K to signify its full compliance with the
Year 2000 problem.
UNITY Call Accounting is one of the easiest to use call
management systems on the USA market today. The product runs under
Windows 95 / 98 / NT; it comes fully equipped with features such as,
email report distribution, over 50 standard reports, customizable
report writer, access security, toll fraud,. report scheduling,
on-line directory, equipment charge back, client and authorization
codes, advanced pricing engine, repricing of call records, completely
network ready and much more.
CTI's telemanagement divisional chief operating officer, Bob
Nielsen, stated, "our distributors have long been demanding a 32 bit
version of UNITY. This deliverable UNITY2K makes it effortless to
install by our distributor base using its unique SIM (Switch Interface
Module). This feature allows the installer to change the call record
formats on-site with no intervention from CTI. CTI also offers a
remote diagnostic feature to allow CTI technicians to remotely
diagnose problems when necessary.

Ev, that news was one tidbit..<g>

I liked that the website was current, too.
But given the work they are getting into here in the states
with the internet, it makes sense, because they have the personnel
to keep it up-to-date.
It's not sexy like LZMCF's site, but then all
one would expect from this very different situation is that they provide a nice clean easy to navigate site that is FAST.
And CTIG's site is all that.
