Ron, thanks for your analysis. What percentage of PA's tender offer at $90/share do you think will be purchased from management (which will not help to reduce float)? Also, does management have to sell to PA at $90, or is it simply if the choose? Thank you.

The way I see it...PA & GNET are transferring shares while keeping the price at an acceptable level.
