Thursday looks like the big day for CDNW, provided shareholders vote 'yes' today. Both are up nicely today in anticipation of a warm welcome by shareholders tomorrow, IMO. STILL waiting to hear from TCI Music for a final confirmation on the conversion into T. . . With T up sharply today, the TUNEs are tracking them nicely. Word appears to be spreading. . . gee, I sure hope it is correct. . . which is why I have said over and over. . .call the companies for yourselves. . .then report back here. . . not much reporting back, tho lots of buying going on. PLCO still waiting for the BIG news. . .but once again, it MUST have support before anything happens. . .not many boards discussing it yet. IMII momo finding some new legs, as of 3pm EST. AURL FINALLY took a little consoldation breather. . .that is good news. . .even looks to be coiling somewhat for further gains. NOBODY but us is even discussing this one. . .anywhere I can find. So the big question is WHY so much accumulation all of a sudden. . .it could not have been on yesterday's news. . .the Diamond Multimedia card is bigger selling, and it didn't move that much when they signed that deal. DELL and CPQ deals barely moved the stock. So what is doing it? Buyout? NEW deal? . . with who? IBM? . . that is about the only leading PC company not using their 3D audio chips. . .or SONY?? Perhaps that new Playstation supports A3D. . . THAT would be worth someone looking into. Earnings report from all those sales? I don't know. . .I can't seem to find or hear a word about what is going on, nor do I have a reasonable hypothesis to offer at this time. Glad to hear that some of you are riding on TOTALLY FREE shares at this point. . . that makes me smile. Rande Is

TCI / ATT / TUNE / TUNEP . . . Has ANYONE else looked into this conversion question on TUNE / TUNEP? If so, please post what you know. I traced my second hand info to a bond trader with DLJ via their customer service and an unknown person at TCI Music. . . HOWEVER, Brainhard Communications that handles investor relations for TCI Music knew NOTHING about such conversion and furthermore says that if they had info to this affect, they would have been obliged to publicly release it. The ATT / TCI merger is slated for completion by the end of the first full week of April, so the timing part looks right. But ATT investor relations was not reachable and the "Equiserve" company that they hired to diseminate merger info to shareholders has only info they read from a sheet in front of them, and never heard of TCI Music . . in fact, the reps answering calls could probably not even tell you what TCI or ATT stand for. I have made dozens of calls all over the country trying to get answers about it, and have spent countless hours on hold over this. And that is why I was asking for some input here. IF YOU ARE IN TUNE OR TUNEP, BECAUSE OF MY UNCERTAIN POSTS AND NOT YOUR OWN DUE DILIGENCE, then you are doing precisely what I warned against in the original post and the subsequent ones. I said clearly to call for yourself, as my info was second hand and heresay. I hope the info gets released and that we all live happily ever after, but after 3 days of calls to a dozen different phone numbers. . all I have been able to come up with is that to the best knowledge of the company paid to handle TCI Music's investor relations, at this time, no such conversion exists.
