No one can tell me that Paul Allen didn't anticipate the stock price jumping the way it has. There is no way he could make an announcement to buy at 90 and expect the stock price to stand still. Oh and for Pual to raise maybe another 300 million all he would have to do is sell 1.8 million shares of MSFT. He still owns 137+ million shares of MSFT, so 2 million shares is nothing. He will get 54% of Go2Net and of course pay alittle more for it.
