M.

Mr. Allen could sell into the rally, but he would have to file his sales with the SEC since with his preferred stock he is the beneficial owner of more than 10% of the GNET stock.

Now something I've never thought about before and would appreciate some opinions on are whether PA could buy puts or sell calls on GNET without having to actually disclose those transactions.

Any ideas out there?

Regards,

Ron
