Just spoke to Dana. The company has just hired a PR firm to handle investor relations. The PR firm is in the process of finishing up their DD and putting together an info package for investors. He would not tell me the name of the company but said it should be announced soon. Perhaps the next few days. So, that may be the PR that I was hearing about.
He also said they have @ 47,000,000 shares outstanding.
