S,
dctc has great potential once it hits a big board...but still problem with overhanging shares...canadian, convertible, dilutional from ixc.. but as mentioned here the first 2 sources will be cleared out soon

Once the three new switches are installed my best guess is that DCI will be running 35 million minutes a month in Europe alone. The net operating profit from the EDGE division will be greatly increased from the switch going to New York. Within 90 days after the two switches are installed in Europe they should be at full capacity. As soon as the current leasing contracts are signed Joe will start negotiations for another three switches for Europe. Denmark and Italy will need super switches. I agree with you DCI does have great potential.

As far as the overhang goes there is one big account in Canada that is being liquidated at the rate of 50-150 thousand shares a week. As of Friday of last week it was down to 380,000 shares from about one million at the beginning of the year. I believe this seller liquidate at lest 60,000 shares this week. This is my opinion based on the actions of NITE. This seller could very well be finished by the end of this month. The only convertible preferred out there is the F-series and Joe has said both privately and on the DCI web site that he will exercise his buy back provision on all of these shares. The IXC shares are a real mystery at the moment. Under the new reg-s rules these shares have a one year legend on them so we don't have to deal with them until next year and anything can happen by then. Our big problem at the moment is the Canadian overhang and that sucker is coming down real quick. When this seller began liquidating his position we were at $4.00. I believe there will be enough buying to clear that out once we see the details of the leasing arrangements. We should get back to the $4.00 range very soon there after.

Best Regards
