Just in case anyone wants to kick themselves in the butt, or do the "should have" thingie:

GNET historical prices from Sept98 to Mar99
tscn.com

You could have picked up GNET for 7 bucks (pre-split) during last summer/fall.

Just imagine if you would have bought 10,000 shares at 7.00 bucks and sold them at the high this week of 135 (270.00 pre-split)

70,000.00 investment would have been worth = 2,700,000.00

I personally believe the tender offer is a pr move that is calculated to get the stock to move lower.

Paul Allen is buying his additional 11-14 percent (51 to 54 percent total) on the open market....

I strongly believe this....

I strongly believe there will be no tender offer.... I could be wrong but this really is my gut instinct. He has already filed with the SEC all the documents which would allow him to purchase these on the open marke t with no additional disclosure needed (as I understand it)...

Gnet to 200 by July...
