Well, I don't know if this was a dead cat bounce or the real thing, but it's nice to see an up day and price support !

Hello TickerHound,

>That beating was a short-term event and is probably over.<

What indicates this to you? Are we not still in the "beating" stage?

>My only concern is with HIE's PR or lack of... This whole episode clearly illustrates the need to improve HIE's Corporate Communications. I'll leave it at that!<

My question is: OK....PR and Corporate Communications are not good, but why is this so? This question leads to several questions that should be directed at those in charge- such as: Why are you doing things this way- a way which may be responsible for a really serious loss of shareholder value? What benefit do you have in mind, doing things the way you have been?(this assumes that PR and Communications are, like all else which is part of the company plan, Results Oriented) Surely, current shareholder reality is not a result you sought...is it?

Ticker, it is my feeling that there is more here than meets the eye...of course. But what is there that we don't see? Myself, I cannot put responsibility on general sector conditions, even though these conditions are less than perfect. I think too much money has flowed out for that to be a majority of the answer, much less all of it.

Best,
Charliss
