IMHO, Slitz has not done a good job...it's his job to get media interested and convince the MARKET that NDS is the mother of all products available NOW. Why hasn't John Slitz had a field day promulgating the product, why did he send the CFO in that conference to give us hint on Digital ME, the CFO for god's sake??? I formed the opinion about him on the conventional responses he was giving in the questions posed to him in the Netware Connection magazine...the same old weasel crap...we are no.1 best technology bs, don't tell me man tell the people who buy your stuff and think radically for a change!!

Don't get me wrong, marketing in pre Slitz era was abysmal, now it has improved a bit.

>I not sure that John isn't on the right side re NDS for NT. NOVL could lose so much credibility if the stock flounders because of missed estimates, not just on Wall Street but with every IT manager and CEO who follow this "sport" avidly.

Eric and John should be thinking how to move the company forward in the 21st century (sounds too Clintonese) and not bothering too much about estimates and Wall Street sport followers...

I say SEED the market NOW, flood it with NDS make it a standard now because Microsoft FUD has already started and will only get stronger and stronger and stronger....

Ok, back to work guys

All of the above are IMHO
