Well, you certainly can't go wrong with AOL.........I wouldn't worry about DELL too much. It will stay in this sideways mode until next numbers are released and then look out above....if you research a little you will feel more comfortable... DELL is going to blow next qtr away and the train will move forward...quickly. Either way....aol...dell...both excellent. If your sitting on alot of profit in DELL, you may want to remain a little more diverse and keep it, thereby saving unnecessary cg tax.......

good luck

I am long on DELL and AOL

Helen, I have the same problem (and # of shares) as you. I took some antacid, closed my eyes and will open them again next Monday as far as myDELL is concerned. I do not want to do anything stupid (like listening to some idiot and sell my dell). I have my eyes open for my AOL, oh what a joy it is. I love it.
Stay calm!!!
Cheers
Sophia

I'm in the same position. Dell has done me good for several years now, but AOL is currently doing better. I try to keep remembering that Dell waits, then rises, then waits, then rises. I've remained patient, until AOL started behaving like the Dell of old these last couple of weeks. Finally convinced my husband into selling CPQ for AOL- instead of DELL. But what to do with all the rest of my DELL?!?!?!? Love AOL!!! Love Dell!!!

helen-
i am holding onto my dell for now. i was encouraged
over the last few weeks when msft said it saw
normal pc demand (not slowing) and intc also
didn't lower qtr estimates.....so i think dell
will do ok for awhile.
