Gary,
If you are missing data from the last few days, I am guessing that you have some corrupt data files. Delete any .idx and .dat files from the Program Files\Real Time Trader folder. When you log back in, you will get a fresh database. If this doesn't work, please call us at 800-465-4300...press 1 for service.
