Shortly after Microsoft announced they were going to license the back-up and defragmenter of this company, to be included with Windows, the company was bought out by Symantec. Emory

Company: Central Point Software Product: PC Tools Turns out they were in Beaverton OR not Portland OR. Regards - Emory
