Glad you asked. I have had a JBOH account since before they had a website. I mailed out my transfer papers yesterday. Let me tell you JB does not need a meltdown market to collapse. Any given morning it can be impossible to sign on with them. Get signed, enter a trade and hit submit.........then wait, The little gray bar just keeps going back and forth waiting for a connect. Get tired of waiting or see that the price has changed on another screen? Hit cancel and it takes the command immediately. Check your account 10 minutes later and find the trade went through. Or how about double commissions on a same day split option trade (almost $90) and after 3 emails requesting details..still no response. I have lost more money on delayed trades than I care to count. I could go on and on but you get the point. If you are convinced they are good ...open an acct.

I put off changing brokers as long as I could due to the ACAT transfer time delay. Oh by the way I run a p200 with cable modem... just in case you thought my hdwr was the problem.
