If you recall, after the annual meeting last year, I wrote here saying I wasn't impressed at all with the Checkmate equipment. Also had reservations about the touch screen equipment. But I didn't thought it would lead to this day. That's the price IVI had to pay to get into the States... married a crappy suitor. No wonder Checkmate's stock was down in the dumps long before IVI came along. I can just see the fat-ass Checkmate owner with a huge cigar just delighted that IVI would come along and decide to mingle with his shit just so to get the green card.
