Information from the RB thread about frustrations with Pat Rost. Matter of Fact there is a post on that board from Pat Rost. I guess investors have caught on to his BS. Below is a copy of a conversation a poster had today with the attorney from JNNE. Pat Rost asked him to call her.. It's ashamed he had to tell so many stories..The truth is so much better.... If you want your questions answered: GO TO THE TOP and don't jack around. Get a load of this: I was just getting ready to take Mr. Daisy, my 8 year old great dane, for his ride. Phone rings and it is the attorney for JNNE and Pat Rost asked him to call me to answer my questions. So I told him I was an investor/shareholder, and I ws concerned that 1) apparent misstatements by the pr releases and follow up statements from Rost are conflicting and the shareholders can't verify what is fact and what is fiction; 2) I had to clarify that I did not call any of the places that were to be recipients of the kiosk - I informed the attorney I told the board last night, I would contact the people IN CHARGE and get things straightened out;3) I informed the attorney that Naughton's number on both jnne and goonline are wrong - they lead to a disconnected number - that the numbers have been transposed, which I found out LATER today on my own DD quest; 4) that as an investor, which he was not aware I am, I want to know that this company is legit and not trying to throw curve balls by not informing the investors what is going on so that they have to go verify every lead, credibility is an issue; 5) I gleaned from the conversation that more than one kiosk is going out for beta testing, although NO DATES given nor any other specifics, nor did I ask at this time. I informed the attorney that I was concerned because nothing could be verified, obscure responses from Rost promulgated confusion and that some of us as investors were communicating with one another and we were frustrated with lack of accurate information. I told the attorney that after talking with Rost this morning and Naughtons office I was resting easier and felt more confidence, although I would like to see something by the end of the month. I thanked him for his time and concern. If I did nothing today, I certainly got someone's attention To the person who sold out today to get into something else, that is their decision - I have always stated I was not getting out, that I was elated when the announcement of the online site was released and now that I see how the TOP will respond to concerns of the shareholders, I look forward to going to a shareholders meeting someday soon. Well, now I am taking Mr. Daisy for his ride and look forward to doing more DD on another issue soon, come along and join me if you dare!!!! ha Jackie
