Dahmes to the newly created position of Vice President - Quality. Prior to joining Innovex, Mr. Dahmes worked for Sheldahl, Inc. in Longmont, Colo. and Northfield, Minn. in various quality engineering, process engineering and engineering management positions. He has over 16 years' experience manufacturing high-volume flexible printed-circuit products for semiconductor, disk drive and automotive applications. Mr. Dahmes holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, Minn., and an MBA degree from the Carlson School of Management (University of Minnesota), Minneapolis, Minn. He is a member of the American Society for Quality Control (A.S.Q.C.) where he is a certified Reliability Engineer and a certified Quality Engineer.
