your point is well taken. FWIW, i have a similar interpretation.

to say that a company "intends to sign additional agreements..." means that there are obviously agreements in place (either in the form of memoranda of understanding or actual contracts) which the company "intends to sign...." one cannot have an intention to sign "additional agreements" when no such agreements are in existence, but are simply being forecasted as possible future events. moreover, such an interpretation, even if plausible, would clearly amount to hype -- precisely the kind of investor communication which gmgc and markman loathe.

my money says that specific "additional agreements" are in the works, AND that gmgc has progressed far enough along in the negotiation process to feel very comfortable in committing to an intention to "sign" them.

we'll see.........
