I think you are misleading yourself. The stock is trading at a very high P/E multiple, and it can drop a long way. Volume is picking up again as price drops. This can easily turn into a rout. There are only minor support levels down to $10.....R

Hey, john,
I understand that the telecom industry is in a major consolidation phase and niche players like CIEN are obvious acquisition targets, just in the nature of things. I am not convinced, however, that CIEN's management is primarily focused on becoming a more attractive target, or that that is the motivation behind CIEN's two recent acquisitions. It is at least equally likely that CIEN has decided to become the big player (like CISCO, for instance, has done) rather than be acquired by one (unless, of course, the price is VERY right!). Hey, maybe CIEN will make an offer to buy TLAB one day!
Had a GTC order to jump back in @22. When it did not fill I decided to pull it back and watch how the price opens tomorrow. I'd love to pick up a few shares @20, but I doubt I'll do much better than $23.
Happy trading!
