Apples to Apples; XNET vs IMOT vs AOL/// CORRECTION!!!

I made an error in my post, first line should have read REVENUES
rather than EARNINGS; Ratios were correct however!!!

or:

Apples to Apples comparison; XNET vs IMOD vs AOL

Using the recent numbers from your post would yield;

REVENUES Estimate; XNET 1.7 mil, IMOD .28 Mil, AOL 4 bil
P/R XNET 8.2, IMOD 170, AOL 25
P/E XNET 33, IMOD 5500, AOL 500

The ratios for the Chinese ISP's might be justified in being larger than for AOL, since in the next 5 years there will be a 16 times increase in Internet users in China, and only a 3 times increase in the US.
At any rate, IMHO, by comparison XNET clearly appears to be undervalued even at this current price level.

P/R ratio may be a more important indicator than P/E, since Top Line growth (Revenue) is probably more important in China at this stage (Like it was to AOL 3-4 yrs ago). In other words, you would want to sacrifice some earnings to obtain a larger market share in the current Chinese competitive environment.

Let's hope E. Cheung will be forthcoming with reporting out the financial info pretty soon. (At least while we still have some investors interested in the company)

Thanks for noticing the error Francois
