Wolff - Thanks, that was great. Having 1 Strong Buy Recommendation from a MM; that;s ridiculous. That's why Zack's stinks for small companies. I like their system for large cap stocks with a meaningful history.

If CYOE is leading the telecom equipment sector, I'll go live on a mountaintop buck naked.

I'm pleased you found my work useful. I've recently joined SI after lurking about for a while. Hopefully, I can contribute something here as some SI's posters have provided useful insights to me. Thanks for the accolade. M_B (aka Amazed_by_it_all on Yahoo! CYOE)

P.S. CYOE has an affirmative disclosure obligation based on PR and filings: 3.18.99 was published as a key date from which material adverse effects may be realized if the $3.5M is not available to consummate Systeam. The inferred source of the $3.5M was the $10M loan commitment announced in their PR. One should expect the SEC as well as Nasdaq to be looking over their shoulders if they fail to correct a market expectation they've created. My guess is before open of market tomorrow we'll hear something.
