What schedule is that? It is my understanding that the site would take approximately 60 days to complete and due to the christmas holidays they did not start on site till sometime early January which according to REW the site was installed sometime last week or the week before so that to me says that cohesive completed the site on time. Now what I assume is going on is that they are in the process of training operators and beta testing which is why we have not seen site yet. Also if TSIG will be taking over the maintenance of site from Cohesive then that would involve some extra training time also.
