The press release via BusinessWire specifically stated,
"Shareholders of record of the Company's common stock at the close of business December 31, 1998, the record date fixed by the Board of Directors, are entitled to notice of, and vote at, the meeting."

I guess the Board of Directors of Firamada have decided to change their minds, yet again.

Arif is quite the shrewd one. It makes it harder to hit a moving target. No doubt this is done purposely to counter the FSAAA mailing to shareholders as of December 31, 1998. It causes any FAMH shareholder's that sold between 1/299 and 2/5/99 to lose their voice. Additionally, it allows ARIF and crew to potentially buy more shares to increase their voting power.

You can run but you can't hide Arif.

Arif, don't even think we at FSAAA have not already thought of this ploy. We have many weapons in our arsenal as well as many strategies and tactics to win the battle.

Time to kick butt.
