If Intel ships 2.5 million Pentium II Xeons, Pentium III Xeons and Cascades/Xeons (in total) this year, at an average ASP of $950 - which is LOW considering the ASPs of the big-cache Xeons - that would generate $2.375 BILLION in revenue.

That gets Intel into the AMD total revenue ballpark - which was $2.35 Billion for all of 1998.

So, I'd bet that you have a 90% chance of being correct judging by AMD's falling CPU ASPs.

Of course, we needn't even mention the "profit" side of the issue, do we ?
