Mike....Schwab is a little expensive but getting quicker...although occ. snafus like today, still mostly reliable, especially on updating status of trades offered. Has lots of altern. routes to enter if web down...Not adv., I've complained plenty about them when they screw up.

Whats this rule again ? I am thinking of opening an account at AB Watley but this rule sounds ominous as I might sell and buy the same stock the same day if I think I am wrong.

Would you mind going into a little more detail about the alleged violation? Is it a violation of A. B. Watley policy exclusively or is it some general violation? Has anybody here experienced any down time with Watley, and if so, how difficult is it to get through to a broker on the phone?
