They decided to do a split but to save the administrative expenses they're just going to ease the stock down 50%.

IMO, the following press release may help explain the fall in ericy over the past couple of days.

AT&T Wireless is ERICY's bread and butter in the U.S. This article doesn't present all of the details, but at first glance, this could be a major loss by ERICY to a competitor. If details have already leaked out, it may be driving shareprice down.
