I'm a bit confused about this low quality Dell stuff.

I'm in control of equipment purchases for a small company and all we've ever bought were Dells. Heck, we bought a Dell 286 in 89 and that was a neat box for it's day. (If only we'd bought the stock with the $3500 it cost!) Recently purchased a XPS450 with 19" mon. DVD A WORKING FLOPPY! surround...all the bells and whistles.
Great system.

Just read the trade pubs (PC WORLD) check their ratings.

I bought Dell stock in 1995 because of the service alone. I was working on a 486/66 and whenever I ran into a jam, they were there PRONTO!

Also, that GTW free internet deal is a total joke. A friend of mine bought a GTW system with this deal and I was over there showing him some internet features, and I was getting BUSY SIGNALS and was getting cut off in mid-commection!!!! Totally unacceptable.
