Steve/Mark,
If financing is not secured at favorable terms, one would still
expect a certain valuation based on the NXLK/WNP terms (re:spectrum).
I would think that was part of WCII taking a 13-15% interest in ARTT.
Has anyone used the price NXLK paid WNP towards a ARTT value based only on spectrum?
Warm Regards,
Gary

March still has a fortnight left in it for ART to fulfill commenting concretely before month end. ART speaks again at least next week at a MSDW debt conference. ART indicated on con call its burn rate and current Lucent deal allow it to beat the heat and drum at least until summer.

If FON and WCOM continue to talk but not invest in BBFW then QWST timetable of more LL deals in Q2/3 could include ART. One or more CLEC and other alliances are possible ways to avoid dog days
and forest fires this summer.
