MB,

Andy Neff at Bear Stearns sees no evidence of channel stuffing.
He says that CPQ should have no trouble meeting estimates this quarter. I believe the estimates have been reduced to 29 cents from 37 cents per share but no matter!

I believe that CPQ must have changed their target to twice the original target of two weeks.

The China exchange deal for Deskpro EP333 should loosen the stools in part of the channel but they have to give a large cash credit to get those the Chinese to take the machines. The machines they take back they can trade to the New Guinea natives for beads and bones.

Hence, as you can easily deduce, CPQ is now a STRONG BUY. sic
