I take TERRIBLE notes, Ev! Over a period of time I finally learned what works for me is to take none or just jot down key words. The important thing for me is to doggedly ask questions until I understand what I am hearing. Then later the key words make sense and trigger what was said. As for asking the right questions, who knows. We should get Gary to make a list of basic questions he asks. The funny thing is that sometime the most innocent dumb (to you) questions set off a torrent of critical chatter from a company rep. The important thing I want to know is what Wombat means with his "SNAP DRAGON!" post. I think he's calling me a frou-frou flower<g> -Madly
