Largest Advertising Agency, to Develop First Interactive Media

Campaign for iC-TV's TV Miles Concept

Management of Modern Computer Systems Inc. (OTCBB:MODS) is pleased to announce the
Company, through its subsidiary iC-Television (iC-TV), has entered into a strategic partnership with
Groupaxion to jointly develop a national advertising and interactive promotion platform of CD-ROM
gaming webzines and SmartCard sweepstakes for the Company's Canadian customers.

Under the terms of the alliance, Groupaxion will participate in the creation of interactive TV media
advertisements, including the design of interactive broadcast concepts, communication messages and
commercial jingles to launch the Company's 'TV Miles' advantage program in Canada.

The comprehensive campaign will also provide an innovative format designed to integrate multiple
sponsor participants in iC-TV's Premier Venture Active TV. Groupaxion is committed to creating a
technical force and allocating further resources to integrate interactive messages and animation in the
CD-ROM product for the upcoming TV game programs.

Groupaxion is the Canadian interactive branch of J. Walter Thompson, a renowned North American
advertising agency that is ranked number 3 in the top 10 multinational advertising agencies worldwide
