Dear Greg,
" My question to all on this thread, When I or anyone else feels positive and good about their decision to invest in a company, any company, and they share and talk about it, does that constitute hyping?"

Nope, but denial of issues is well denial of issues, lololo.
( How is that for a Howard C. response, he had a way of stating the obvious didn't he, lololo )

"If so then we might as well glue our lips together."

Greg,

When I or anyone else feels positive and good about their decision to invest in a company, any company, and they share and talk about it, does that constitute hyping?

No, not in my book. Honest and well reasoned opinions good or bad help all investor.

Gathering stock?!! Not in this life time. All one has to do is read the reg. statement on Edgar. This company has all Chief and no Indians. All have very high compensation and very large amounts of stock/options. Look at their revenues for 1998. Under $100,000??? What happened to all the millions that MS kept talking about?
No wonder they need to raise $5 million, those salaries will certainly eat up their current reserves (if any) quickly.

So now lets look at this deal with an open and sensible mind. (I know that will be impossible for some.)
All of management feels so happy about their revenues last year that they are all in a hurry to dump their 144 stock.

Lastly, remember when some said that they needed to sell 144 stock so that they could live? I guess that theory goes out the window now!
