IMHO, it seems that CMGI after recently exploding is very much on the back burner. Even though they are very involved with alot of different things, I think most are taking the wait and see mentality toward the LCOS deal.

In other words, I am not sure a CMGI split means much at all. We'll probably see GNET spike in the morning, then trade down toward 110. I have a feeling that it will close below 110 before you know it.

Then we'll see what is going on in the market.
Are you with me WallstreetTips?

Stock Option Plan

A company must amend its stock option plan if it needs more shares to be authorized to be granted as incentive options to management/directors/employees.

A necessary motivator considering that the insiders sold a good portion of their stakes to PA as part of the investment deal.

Such actions usually are not harmful to shareholders, actually benefit as it keeps management motivated to grow the company. This is not exactly the same thing as increasing the total authorized shares capitalizing the corp., which under certain circumstances could be dilutive to EPS.
