WCAP in Street Life:
" Did anyone notice a little stock by the name of
Winfield Capital (WCAP)? This baby has had a lovely
ride the past few days. Went from around $11 last
Friday all the way up to over $24 on Monday and has
since settled down to around $18. What's the story?
Well, basically, it's a mini-CMGI--a bundle of
different Internet/tech stocks. A few folks on the
Street caught wind that WCAP owned some very juicy
Internet companies and bought like mad. The play might
be over, but I've been told to keep your eyes peeled. A
few more smart purchases by these guys, and the stock
could shoot higher again... "
