Sam. I expect this should be released to a news wire? Glad to see you were informed directly. hats off.

At first blush, it seems that they have been planning this for a while, strategically at that, and with a powerful foundation.

The fundamentals are excellent. I like the idea of those entities aquiring stock on the open market. Hoping they will have to wait for the case to be lifted so as to allow all of the current holders time to accumulate.

I am proud to be a shreholder, have picked more up recently, and frankly will be picking up more tommorrow. My bet is the courts would be crazy not to accdept two out of three. IMO.

In addition, I first learned about this stock from Conseco and several other prominent CNC holders about three years ago. I will be telephoning them with this information as they had asked me to keep them informed. I have always been surprised at the number of shares aquired at 3.00 plus that have just grown mold on them by these associates I described. (margin accounts and wealth help)

I do not expect this stock to fly in the next few weeks, but I do expect to see the MMs GROWING a NATURAL short position as is normal with volume on no news.

Could be having fun this summer? Lets say a prayer for the company and the Judge!!....... and the two that have settled.. I quess.

good luck

SOme thoughts:

1) "LifeOne, Inc. (OTCBB:LONE), (the "Company"), announced today that it is repositioning the company to QUICKLY increase shareholder value once the petition for involuntary bankruptcy is withdrawn or judicially overturned"

I wonder what quickly means.

2) "The company's plans to accelerate shareholder value will attempt to make up for lost time for shareholders who have had to suffer from the stock manipulation of some of the company's debenture holders."

I wish the debenture holders were saying this.

3) "LifeOne expects to build shareholder value QUICKLY by placing certain acquisitions in subsidiary shells and then effecting spin outs of the acquisitions."

Again, I wonder what quickly means (days, weeks, months, or years)

4) "Shareholders holding LifeOne shares as of the record date (to be decided) would receive shares of the new companies proportional to their percentage of LifeOne."

When is the record date to be decided? IS this going to be an ongoing movement or will there be one day when they spinoff a number of companies?

5) "In addition, several senior life insurance executives who have affiliations with LifeOne have formed an acquisition partnership apart from LifeOne, but which will allow LifeOne to participate in larger acquisitions, companies with assets in the $200 million to $1 billion range."

$200 million - $1 billion, Holy Cow!

6) "As part of this strategy, Peter Huff has joined with the partnership where he can best match his skills and experience to acquisitions that would otherwise be out of reach for LifeOne."

Bye bye Mr. Huff. I wonder how much of an interest LONE will be for this acquisition partnership. If they are truly independent, then why have any concern for LONE?

7) "The partnership may buy LifeOne common shares on the open market if it deems the stock to be undervalued."

Hopefully they view LONE's stock right now to be extremely undervalued. Otherwise, we are in big trouble.

I am really curious to hear what you all have to say about this news. I also really hope that they do mean quickly when they say it.

Sam

Wholly Smokes!!!!!

Boy, I go out and about tonight and think, well let me check my mail and stuff before I go ot bed and whammo . . . 15 new messages on the board.

Yes, there must be news . . . and what fantastic news it is gang. This my friends is the purpose, mission and directives for bringing Mr. Huff aboard. This is what he has been doing the past several months. This is the answer to the letter Daaan sent.

This my friends is the key to the next level. No, not the level where we used to be . . . but the level above that. I can only say, trust me this was in the works prior to lawsuits, audits and the like. This is the way to take LONE to the level they have been planning to get to. Just a little delayed as we step in the mud.

In a nutshell, Mr. Huff has the contacts and relationships in the industry. He knows the players and knows their strengths and weaknesses. He has directed the reorganization, which in part will take him out of the CEO position for the short term.

LONE will become L and O and N and E. So we will have shares of each new entity. The partnership may buy L or O; we may sell of N; the partnership will contract L to administer their contracts and pay them a percentage, etc.

The partnership will start to purchase shares probably to secure the relationship and to maintain control.

That's the way I see it at least. Well, let me go and read the other 14 posts now. Sam thanks for the heads up . . . you're worth your weight in gold (or you soon will be)

PS. Wish I had the Yabba Dabba Do track ready to paste here. Maybe later . . . I'm too excited.
