But.....what does THIS mean? #2 in the S-8 says: (2) To be issued, at the sole discretion of the Registrant, as Direct Shares, or Shares underlying options granted to and to be granted, under the Visitors Services Inc. Employee Benefit and Consulting Services Compensation Plan. ------------- I thought they filed for Chapter 7.......anyone know? Thanks, Tina

IMO the big float is the only reason the price of the stock is where it is at, no big surprise and the share price will probably remain relatively low or maybe pop up a bit and then drop even when the new website is unvailed or new business is announced. It is of my opinion that only earnings will be the key here.
The perceived low price of these share will have to be resolved only by a correspondingly large amount of revenue to counter the number of shares now out...bringing up the price and down the dilution. With the number and type of deals announced there is a good chance this could happen, but it will take time, so patience is what is needed now.
And again, no one, no matter how great the deals sound, should be surprised or frustrated that the shares are where they are.
Remember, penny stocks in general are not doing as well as the regular market...you might say they are in a bear mode because it takes a lot of good news and a real show of earnings to sustain a real move, and doesn't take much bearish news to knock them waaay down.
So, most people ask about pennies "where's the beef."
And "beef" is usually price of shares measured against earnings.
IMO, of course!

Well, does anyone think it is time to bail? This could be as high as we'll ever get. But, then again. Just remember these shares are for stock options with an exercise price of .41. So, whoever has the option has to pay .41 for each share before they become shares in the O/S list. They are just registered shares at this point. I really would hate to see people panic out of this at this late date. Did you ever think that the purported delay in opening the web site could be because of a major sponsor who will have a portal to the site? Or maybe, the site itself will have someone or something on it and that deal has not closed yet? Think about it. If you want to sell, SELL. But don't wake up the next day and regret what you missed. I am waiting and adding.
