Christian, yes, I saw what happened with ICCAC today. It is not often that a stock in which I hold no position can cause emotions like ICCSA has for me. First, severe disappointment in not shorting it at 7 2 days before delisting, next near elation because I hadn't shorted it at 7 2 days before delisting. <g>

I read some months ago that the Nasdaq intended to get serious about it's listing standards. If you recall, that's why SIEB did it's 5:1 split. But a couple of incident suggest to me that it's business as usual on the Nasdaq for allowing almost any company to keep it's listing.

I will probably see if I can borrow some ICCAC when it becomes marginable at my broker.

Christian, never forget that ICCAC still is going ahead with the floorless convertible. That's the real reason to short.

They filed a 10-Q yesterday. A year after their product "launch" they still have insignificant sales, but expenses are increasing. This one will go to zero.
