My problem with playing the arbitration game is that you are going up against pros. Not that their judgment is any better than yours, but when new information comes in, they are better able to act on it quickly leaving you holding the bag. They are bound to hear any new info. before you do, if only by a few minutes. But those few minutes is all that it takes.

BTW I agree that XCIT is much more than LCOS.

will the deal hold the same premium value for athm if the potentially cooperating cable systems athm wants to organize balk at an xcit portal being at the center when there is aol/nscp, lcos, yhoo and go-seek out there drawing more eyes?? the arbs have alot to worry about in my book.
